Cancellation policy
The exact policy for your dates is shown on the booking page before you pay. The outline below is how we approach it; the checkout terms govern.
- —Cancel 30 or more days before check-in: full refund of the nightly rate and cleaning fee.
- —Cancel 14 to 29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the nightly rate; cleaning fee refunded in full.
- —Cancel fewer than 14 days before check-in, or no-show: no refund.
- —Date changes are free when the new dates are available and at least 14 days out.
- —If we have to cancel for any reason (storm damage, road closure, utility failure), you receive a full refund and we help you rebook.
