The short version
Terms
This website
This site is published by Foxtail Lodge LLC to describe the cabin and take direct bookings. We keep it accurate, but amenities, local events and drive times can change; the booking confirmation is the record of what you reserved.
Booking
Reservations, payment, cancellation terms and damage protection are handled through Hospitable and are governed by the terms you accept at checkout, together with our house rules and cancellation policy.
Your stay
The guest who books is responsible for everyone in the party and for following the house rules. Damage beyond normal wear may be charged as described at checkout. The hot tub, fire pit, arcade and patio are used at your own risk; children must be supervised.
