House rules
Short list, mostly common sense, and a couple of things that only matter because the cabin is on a well, a septic system and a gravel road in the woods.

Maximum six guests, including children. The cabin is on a septic system and this is firm.

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Ask about early or late times when there is no same-day turnover.

No parties or events. Patio fun is welcome; gatherings beyond registered guests are not.

Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for the woods and the neighbors you cannot see.

No smoking or vaping inside. The patio is fine; please use the provided ashtray.

No pets. Service animals are always welcome.

Septic: only toilet paper goes down. No wipes, grease or food in the drains.

Hot tub: shower before use, keep the cover on when you are done, no glass on the patio, children supervised at all times.

Fire pit: propane, turned off before you go inside. Nothing goes in it.

Arcade: it is sturdy, but it is not a step stool and drinks stay off the control panel.

Trash and recycling go in the bins by the driveway; we will tell you the pickup day in your check-in message.
